Sunday School
Sunday School meets Sundays, 10:00-10:45 am, in our Youth Area.
Sunday School is for 3-year-old (potty trained)-6th grade.
Junior High and Senior High students are invited to be teaching assistants alongside the adult teachers.

Our curriculum is centered on the Top 50 Bible Lessons for Elementary.

Vacation Bible School
Each summer, all children ages 3 (who are potty trained) through 5th grade, regardless of church membership, are welcomed and encouraged to participate in our free Vacation Bible School program! Older youth and adults are welcome to help lead. For questions, please reach out to our VBS Director, Theresa Larson, at [email protected]. In summer 2025, VBS will be held Monday, August 4 through Thursday, August 7.
Confirmation
The 7th, 8th and 9th graders meet 6:15-7:15 pm on Wednesdays at St. John's of Cedarbrook.
Confirmation ministry is a pastoral and educational ministry of the church that helps youth,
through Word and Sacrament, to identify more deeply with the Christian Community and participate more fully in its mission.
The curriculum is "Grace Alone: Lutheranism in the 21st Century."
The Rite of Confirmation will be on Sunday, May 4, 2025.

Mission Trips
Each summer, families of St. John's of Cedarbrook travel to serve, learn, and play. Those interested in participating determine the annual mission of the trip and then meet monthly for team building to prepare.
Community Service Projects
Youth and adults participate in community service projects throughout the year in order to extend the love of Christ to others and enrich the life of our community.
Christmas Program
Every Christmas Eve, our children and youth share their Christmas Program at Christmas Eve worship. Practices are on Sunday mornings in December during the Sunday School time - 10:00-10:45 am.
